Nautica Ship Management Sdn Bhd (NSM), a subsidiary of MTT Shipping Sdn Bhd was established in 2015 to provide ship management services to ship owners. In 2016, NSM was appointed by MTT Shipping as a ship manager for its container vessel fleet, which includes technical management, financial management, crew management as well as safety, health and security management.
NSM consistently strives to offer a quality and competitive ship management service to ship owners with safety remaining as its primary focus. The ship management team is made up of professionals with vast experience in related industries including classification surveys, sea-going and shipyard knowledge to provide a ship technical management service.
Setting customers’ satisfaction and safety as its priority, NSM is constantly improving the quality and efficiency of ship management services through consistent training amongst its team members focused on upgrading their skill set.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
Ensures the vessels are in compliance with class and flag requirements, as well as other relevant regulations.
CREW MANAGEMENT
& TRAINING
Managing crew members to ensure they meet the requirement of STCW 95 and flag state, with constant training to maintain their productivity.
COST MANAGEMENT
Monitoring vessel expenses and managing financial accounts including preparation of annual budget for each vessel.
SAFETY, HEALTH & SECURITY MANAGEMENT
Conducts audit and inspection to ensure compliance with ISM and ISPS Codes.
